Brief
Most store owners don't need a rebrand. They need a store that loads, checks out cleanly, and doesn't require manual work for every order. Winfluential is the agency I started to do exactly that.
Approach
I start with the numbers: where traffic comes from, where it leaks, what's worth fixing first. Then the build work — theme changes, checkout flow, and automations for the repetitive stuff.
Outcome
Ongoing. It's where most of my e-commerce work happens.
