JEF Europe is a European NGO with more than 10,000 members. Community, information, and membership management all live on this platform, so it has to be dependable at scale.
Approach
A full redesign, followed by taking over hosting, security, and performance for the whole platform. Membership runs on a CRM that I manage day to day — at this size, security comes before everything else.
