A volunteer-run NGO needs a website that survives busy exam seasons: events, positions, and a way to join, all updatable by non-developers.
Approach
A simple structure with events front and centre, custom styling, and an admin area a busy volunteer can navigate without instructions.
Outcome
Volunteers maintain it themselves, which was the point.
